9′ X 80′ CHAIN DRIVEN DRUM DEBARKER

A new development at Price LogPro is the chain driven drum debarker. In response to the current trend towards efficiency, we developed this rubber-tire system as a means to minimize maintenance time. With this system, a single drive unit is used to turn the drum via a chain driven sprocket which is attached directly to the outside diameter of the drum. This configuration has the same production standards as the standard drive units, however, maintenance time is greatly reduced due to the servicing of a single drive as opposed to multiple units.
